This is our third visit. The accommodation if first class, the rooms a very spacious and I get the best nights sleep ever. The piping hot leisurely breakfasts are delicious and varied and are a great start to the day. Tracey and Mark are wonderful hosts and do everything to make your stay a memorable and comfortable one. The situation of the B&B is fantastic because you have the best of two locations, the North shore beach – with the popular promenade and pier, shops and dining or the quieter West shore beach. We stayed here for one night for our anniversary and everything was great. Mark and Tracy went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and well appointed as was the en-suite.Breakfast was included and excellent. The property is well placed and as the name suggests, between the two bays. There was ample parking so left the car and walked into town which was only 5 minutes away.I had mentioned that it was our anniversary when I booked and they had thoughtfully put a card and gift on the bed for us.Had a great stay and will use again.

We had an amazing time staying at Between the Bays. Our whole holiday was made very relaxing by both Mark and Tracey who are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely with great facilities and they even are thoughtful to provide a fridge and scissors to open the huge choice of drink beverages. We both enjoyed gaining weight from the tasty breakfast and love staying here as we both feel this is the best value place to stay at Llandudno.

This is my second visit to Between The Bays and I’ve already booked my third. Such a lovely and relaxing stay with all the luxuries you’re likely to need. Fantastic hosts who really care about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Can’t wait to go back!

Second time of staying and can honestly say it's like home from home.nothing is too much for Tracey and Mark and the place is spotless. We often stay in B&B's and it's the little touches which make this stand out from all the others...like fresh milk in a fridge daily..room cleaned from top to bottom daily..plenty of tea and coffee and Brian's fav biscuits. Stayed for three nights in July for our second visit. Between the Bays is immaculately kept, very good breakfast and nothing is too much trouble for Mark and Tracey. Will definitely return when next visiting Llandudno.

First class accommodation in a wonderful guest house. Mark and Tracey are superb hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean and the thoughtful touches throughout ensure a happy and carefree holiday.

When you have already visited the best bed and breakfast accommodation in North Wales you will always want to return again. This is so for us with Between the Bays in Llandudno where Mark and Tracey provided us with another relaxing stay.Our room was perfect, with a large, very comfortable bed. There were wonderful breakfasts, with ample choices for every taste.Between the Bays was easy to find with it being just 10 minutes from the A55 North Wales Expressway. Its location is close to many excellent local restaurants, and has the benefit of being on the North Wales Coast. From here it is easy to visit places such as Conwy, Llanberis, Snowdon, and Anglesey.We would defiantly recommend Between the Bays with hosts Mark and Tracey for those looking for Bed and Breakfast in North Wales.Mark and Tracey may we thank you again for making our stay just perfect, we look forward to booking to stay with you again.

We have come here on several occasions and each time me and my wife go away relaxed and astounded at the welcome and attention given by the owners Mark and Tracy. We are not the only ones as other guests present also voice the same opinion. The premises are clean, well maintained and decorated. A lot of thought has been given to room decoration with king sized beds and shower cubicle with en suites.I no longer drive and Mark picked both of us up from the station and took us back at the end of our 4 day stay. He also went out of his way to pick us up from Carlo's, a renowned LLandudno Italian restaurant, at 7:30 at night. This the kind of service Mark and Tracy provide. This Hotel is well worth a consideration for your stay.

We have just spent 5 nights at Between the Bays, B&B.The house and rooms are immaculate.Our room (No. 4) was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and a walk in wardrobe.There were lots of choices for breakfast and everything was freshly cooked.Tracey and Mark are perfect hosts, suggesting places to eat and visit, and always with a smile.We would highly recommend this B&B.

Our second stay at Between the Bays did not disappoint. It is a little oasis from our hectic lives. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is the best we have had. Mark and Tracey are such lovely hosts. We cannot fault our experience of Between the Bays and will be visiting again as soon as we can.

Our second visit to Between the Bays was even better than the first. Mark and Tracey were as welcoming as ever and treated us like old friends. We had room 3 this time which was beautiful. Fabulously decorated and fully equipped with everything you could need. A very comfy bed, well stock hospitality tray and fresh milk available from fridge n the landing. Can’t recommend this guest house highly enough. We’ve been to a lot of hotels and this b&b is so much better. We couldn’t hear anyone in the next room, the whole place is really clean and fresh, the breakfast was lovely and Mark and Tracey were so welcoming and friendly, we had a laugh with them both and nothing was to much trouble, they were really helpful. From the moment we spoke to Mark on the phone to book a room we new that we were on to a winner. Mark and Tracey were excellent hosts and made us feel at home throughout our stay.We had a lovely big room with a large en suite shower. There is also two nice easy chairs in the bedroom which was a bonus. The property was spotless and very tastefully decorated.Best of the best.

The accommodation was in a quiet location yet within a short walk into town. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Between the Bays, we enjoyed it so much we have already booked to stay again in June!We need a Ground Floor room as my wife sometimes needs to use a wheelchair. Tracey and Mark could not have been more helpful and kind. They really went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and at home. The room was beautiful, large and spotless with lovely extra thoughtful touches. Between the Bays is an excellent B&B in a good location. It is superbly run by Tracey and ably assisted by Mark. Brilliantly organised and consistent attention to detail raise this accommodation way above the average. Mark is a very good host who doubles as head waiter and his white glove service in the mornings Is of the highest standard. As world travellers it was a first for us. Food is of a very high standard and beautifully prepared by Tracey. The "Bays" is very clean and well worth a visit. We had a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to everyone. Tracey and her assistant could actually be role models for other B&B and even hotels as to how to run accommodation for guests. Will visit again in the near future.

Very warm,friendly hosts- attentive to needs of guests and nothing to much trouble. Everything well thought out to enhance our stay. Our room wasvery clean and welcoming, with lovely comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Breakfasts were very good, with a wide variety of options. The location was ideal, just a short walk in either direction to coast and a local amenities.

We have just returned from a two night stay at 'Between the Bays', Llandudno. This is an excellent, adults only, 'Bed and Breakfast' in a great location. It is in a quiet area, close to all the amenities and sights of this beautiful seaside town.Our room was spotless, spacious and VERY comfortable! There are lots of choices at breakfast and everything is freshly prepared.Tracey and Mark are very warm and welcoming, and they work extremely hard to make everything perfect for a relaxing stay.We highly recommend a visit to this OUTSTANDING establishment!!

As soon as we arrived at Between the Bays we had a a warm friendly welcome. Everything in our room was spotless all as described. Good safe parking an excellent location 10 minutes walk to promenade and all amenities.Mark and Tracey were excellent hosts and a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices. A nice touch was the fresh milk in a small fridge on the landing. Brilliant 10 out of 10 .They are a credit to Llandudno well done!

We have stayed at quite a few places in Llandudno, but this one is the best by far. Our room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean throughout, and breakfast excellent. Could not fault it, and will certainly stay there again.

Just had a wonderful relaxing stay at this clean and modern B&B. Tracey and Mark are warm and friendly hosts who are happy to share their local knowledge and experience to make your stay with them even more special. My room was beautifully decorated, very modern, clean, and came with loads of extras-power shower, safe, large TV, comfy chairs, Wi-Fi and branded bathrobe. The breakfast room is light and welcoming, and the food is fresh and delicious. Parking is safe and easy. Location is perfect for exploring local hikes and attractions. Overall, I was impressed and delighted by such welcoming hosts and a superb experience at this 5 Star B&B.

This is so much more than a guest house. It is luxury accommodation in a quiet part of Llandudno- far enough away from town to avoid the hustle and bustle but only a 10 minute walk from the promenade,shops and eating places. All of the rooms are spotlessly clean,tastefully decorated and well appointed.Nothing is overlooked by the friendly proprietors Mark and Tracey. There's a full choice of menu items for breakfast, all cooked freshly by Tracey and served with a smile by Mark.Second time we have visited this year and already booked for 2023. Don't miss this gem of a place.

This beautiful B&B is a credit to Tracy&Mark who are the perfect hosts giving everyone a warm welcome.We stayed in room4, it’s decorated lovely,has a large modern shower room and plenty of storage in the large walk in wardrobe.Breakfasts were delicious and always piping hot.A perfect quiet location with a short walk to Town, Pier&Prom.We will be back.

We stayed 4 nights and had a most relaxing stay. Our room (ground floor) was immaculate with all the extras provided making it a truly 5× experience.Breakfast was piping hot with good quality produce and a great choice. Icing on the cake for us was the hosting. Tracy & Mark are professional but with splashes of fun/ banter thrown in. After a warm welcome from Mark and Tracey we felt at home immediately. Our room was immaculate like the rest of the house and spacious and comfortable with the welcome touch of bath robes and lovely toiletries. Lovely B&B with good sized bedroom with plenty of storage space. Bathroom with nice shower was spotless as were all the rooms . Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and always hot. Tracy & Mark were lovely people and very helpful. The B&B was ideally situated not farfrom the two Bays either way. I doubt you will find a better B&B anywhere.

A very comfortable and happy stay at Between the Bays. We stayed here for three nights and we are delighted to say that Tracey and Mark have maintained the last year’s very high standards and made our stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was as delicious as usual, with a good variety and freshly cooked. The bed was very comfortable. The place is spotless. There is hand sanitizer by the front door and by the fridge where you can get fresh milk for the well-stocked refreshment tray in the bedroom.Superb location in LlandudnoJust a perfect position to walk to all local shops/restaurants, the Pier and the beach. Plenty of parking nearby. Buses easy to negotiate and access. A great spot to visit in and around the area both by car and public transport. Mark and Tracey are extremely friendly and helpful, everything about our stay was to an impressively high standard. We will be back very soon.

Enjoyed our mini break and couldn’t have picked a better place for us staying with Mark and Tracey. Very friendly folks, the place is spotlessly clean , and they make a great cooked breakfast, but a good selection of other things if you’re on a diet. Nice quiet location a stroll from the action if you looking for that sort of thing. Even though this is a new venture for them both Mark and Tracey should be very proud of what they have achieved in a short space of time. The owners, Mark & Tracy, are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It is clear that they have put a huge amount of effort in establishing their business and that they genuinely care that their guests enjoy their stay.The guest house is in a fantastic location, quiet yet only a short walk into the centre of Llandudno. There is lots of unrestricted street parking outside the guest house. The bedrooms and public areas are spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are modern, large and very well furnished with loads of hanging space complete with a large supply of hangers.Great choice at breakfast and the cooked breakfast is exceptional. They obviously use high quality food which is extremely well cooked by Tracy. Bottled water and biscuits are supplied to each bedroom and replaced daily if used unlike most other establishments.Mark & Tracy have come up with a novel idea which is so clever it is worth a mention. They have installed a fridge on the landing for all guests to use. They put little containers of milk in the fridge for guests to use when having tea/coffee in their rooms. So much better than these horrible little containers of long life milk. Guests can also use the fridge to store drinks. We mentioned to Tracy that this was a great idea and her response was that they do things which they would like if they were staying in a guest house. It is clear that Mark & Tracy’s prime focus is on the customer experience and that is why it is a great place to stay.Make no mistake this is a very high quality guest house at a very reasonable price.Our only regret was having to go home after a lovely 4 night stay, but we will definitely return!

Room was extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly be looking for, even small bottles of milk in fridge in hall which can be used for tea /coffee making. We have just returned from our first stay at Between The Bays and it will not be our last - having already booked to return in August!The welcome we received from Mark and Tracy was warm and genuine and they could not do enough to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The property is located in a very quiet area so there is no disturbance from traffic noise and there is unrestricted parking on the adjacent road. The facilities in the house are superb, and it is kept spotlessly clean throughout. The bedroom we stayed in was beautifully decorated in pastel colours and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The attention to detail is second to none, and everything is immaculate.  Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide choice based on individual requirements, and all served in a professional but very friendly manner.Mark and Tracey are an extremely friendly couple who, through sheer hard work, are dedicated to ensuring that you have everything to make your stay memorable even before you arrive.  Based on the hospitality afforded to us during our stay, we have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from Tracey and Mark into such a relaxed atmosphere.Our room (2) was beautiful, the facilities perfect and the breakfast outstandingly good.We can't praise Tracey and Mark enough for their kindness, consideration and impressive attention to detail throughout.The location of Between the Bays is ideal for access to both beaches, the town centre and bus stops. We will certainly come to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Tracy, room spacious, bed comfy ,food well cooked and the presentation and service was worthy of a high Michelin star, the little things like 3 armchairs in the room and freshilk in the guest fridge for endless cups of tea made our stay all the better, would definitely go back

From start to finish, Mark and Tracey were the best hosts. The room was big, as was the walk in wardrobe, and the bathroom was massive! The shower was great and they had thought of everything in the room: for example fresh milk from a mini fridge, a large selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and even scissors to open these! There were so many options at breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. They were always on hand to give suggestions of things to do in the area and took a genuine interest in us, wanting us to have a great holiday. We’d highly recommend Between The Bays; one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!

We recently stayed at Between the Bays . The owners Mark and. Tracy could not of done more to makeour staymore comfortable. Our room was spacious light and airy . There was a plentiful supply of tea coffee etc. Breakfast was taken in a large dining room and just about everything you could ask for was on offer. I recommend this Guest House to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Excellent value for money.

A guest house of a superb standard, is run by a lovely couple Tracey and Mark.They go above the call of duty to provide an excellent and friendly experience.The house is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail.The breakfasts are varied and tasty and individually cooked.Tracey and Mark have an extensive knowledge of the local area and are happy to source information about things to do in Llandudno.We spent a great 3 days there.Can definitely recommend a stay there.

We had 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark and Tracey are superb hosts very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and always piping hot. The room refreshments are replenished daily . Dressing gowns are provided which we thought was nice. All rooms are spotless and of an excellent standard .We were celebrating a birthday and found a gift and card in our room which we thought was a very kind gesture. Will definitely be staying again.

We experienced a wonderful four day stay at Between the Bays. Have very recently stayed at Between the Bays B & B (Adults Only) in Llandudno. We were both impressed from the start when we were contacted the same day to ask about any requirements and this attention and care continued on arrival. Mark and Tracey are very concerned that their guests feel welcomed and we were treated like friends rather than paying guests. The house is in an ideal location and kept spotless The rooms are large and airy. Our bathroom and walk in wardrobe were equally impressive. The breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed in hotels and B & Bs all over the world and amazingly this B & B would be up there at the very top of the tree. Simply put it is the care, communication and attention to detail that Mark and Tracey give all their guests which is why so many return. Well done to them and a big thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Loved Absolutely everything...From booking to checking out everything was great.The day after booking I received a call and a follow-up email from Tracey, firstly thanking me for the booking and then asking for a few more details inregards to my booking request. As I had booked it for surprise weekend away for my husband's special birthday, I had asked if the room could be decorated in any kind of way. Tracey explained that they could get some balloons for me and that they have a special Birthday Pillow to put out too. She also asked for my Husband's favourite chocolate, as they like to also give their guests a gift from them too. Nothing was to much. I found our conversation very warm and welcoming.She also sent me an email, with a list of restaurants to have a look at in the town.When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Tracey (Mark was shopping lol). She whished My husband a Happy Birthday and asked if he had liked his surprise. She showed us the breakfast room and then took us up to our room, where it had been lovely decorated with the Birthday pillow, the balloons I had requested and also a big box of Ferrero Rocher and a Card from Mark and Tracey.We met Mark (The man in the white gloves) the next morning at breakfast, where we were greeted with a lovely warm welcoming smile, he knew everyone by name, he was great couldn't do enough for not only us, but, all the other guests too.The best white glove wearing toast maker in all of Llandudno.We definitely left breakfast every morning with a smile...We felt so "at home" staying at Between The Bays, we definitely can't wait to go back.A big thank you again Mark and Tracey xXx

First and foremost I think the title guest house is a general term used for most B&Bs but we didn't feel that it suited Between the Bays. This was a guest HOME that rose well above our expectations and gave us the real homely feeling. From the moment you enter this beautiful home of Mark and Tracey you just know that you are being made to feel like part of the family.The attention to detail is clearly visible both inside and outside with seemingly no expense spared to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable.The photos you may see on the internet do not do justice to the gorgeous rooms. I say rooms as Tracie went out of her way to show us the other outstanding rooms.Breakfast has to be one of the best. The food was hot, very tasty and presented just as it should be on a plate, not just dropped on.Tracy and Mark were truly the perfect hosts with just the right amountinteraction with all the guests to create a very harmonious atmosphere.To sum up both my wife and I agreed that Between the Bays represented excellent value for money and a repeat visit is a definitive yes for us. We've recently returned from a fantastic 5 night stay at Between the Bays (12th to 17th September) and can't praise it highly enough. We stayed in Room 4 which is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with a comfy bed, huge walk-in wardrobe with safe and a well stocked (and replenished) tray with kettle, tea, coffee, water, biscuits etc. There is also a hairdryer and iron / ironing board. The bathroom was lovely (we wanted to bring it home with us!) Great choice at breakfast (you choose the day before) and always piping hot and delicious. Tracey and Mark really are the perfect hosts, they deserve every accolade. They sent us a very handy emailed list of local restaurants prior to our stay. From the warm, friendly greeting when we arrived to the goodbye on our last day they couldn't have done more for us or made us feel more welcome - we miss you (especially the entertainment at breakfast time from Mark) and hope to see you again. We have just returned home after our first stay at Between The Bays and it will not be our last. Everything about it says top quality that you would expect from a 5 star establishment.The welcome from Mark and Tracy was warm and genuine and they could not do enough for usto make sure we were comfortable. The entire house is spotless,the breakfasts are excellent with a wide choice and all served in a happy but professional manner. The attention to detail is second to none and everything is immaculate. We are already discussing when we can return and it will certainly be for linger than 2 nights.

We stayed at Between The Bays for my wife's birthday. Tracy and Mark are wonderful couple, very friendly, kind, responsive and attentive. Very unexpected and pleasant was the greeting and a small gift for my wife on her birthday. My Wife and I (both 65-years old but reasonably active) stayed for three nights (August 16th to 19th 2021) and could not have chosen a better place to stay. From the telephone call on receipt of the booking, the information given of the various restaurants to pre-book, in easy walking distance from Between the Bays,to the warm welcome on arrival made the whole experience of our visit to Llandudno a very enjoyable one. Our room (Number 6, the whole top floor) was all that it shows on the website and was like a 'home from home'...except it's probably cleaner than home! Breakfast choice is beyond any guest house/B&B that we have ever stayed in (and that is a great many) and the quality and amount presented each morning was exceptional (kudos to Tracey in the kitchen), along with the entertainment and 'tales of life' from Mark whilst he served and cleared tables, made a great start to the day. Only disappointment is that they will be closed early October, so our planned return for our Anniversary at the end of October is not possible...we won't be staying anywhere else in Llandudno though and will postpone our return until next spring when they re-open. Thank you, Mark and Tracey for allowing us to spend time in your lovely home and giving us such a warm welcome and pleasant experience.

Because of COVID, lots of things had to be done differently but the same high standards were maintained. We were made to feel very much at home and nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Tracy. An amazing stay at "Between The Bays".Perfect in every way, with  Covid 19 rules, to keep us all safe.You can park on the road outside.Room spacious and spotless, (our room no 5 the purple one), the bed is really big and comfy, 2 lounge chairs to relax, TV, kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, bottled water, tissues, everything you need, and it all smells so lovely and fresh.Toiletries, a make up flannel and the best fluffy towels in the ensuite. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a safe for your use.Strong Wifi too.The breakfast is superbly cooked by Tracey.Central to both bays as the name suggests, a short 10 minute stroll to the sea front, to the shops, the pier etc.Mark & Tracey are so friendly, and have a lovely home. The first impressions of the B&B are beautiful and all impressions thereafter are exactly the same. I can honestly say this is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest establishment I have stayed at. The owners, Tracey & Mark kept in contact with us from the day I booked, offering a personal touch but not imposing. Upon arrival they greeted my husband and I very warmly. The room was stunning, very spacious, bright and immaculately clean, Obviously, there are COVID restrictions in place. but Tracey & Mark have implemented them very well to ensure minimum inconvenience. The breakfast was fresh with quality products offered and again, I can honestly say this was the best breakfast I have had at any establishment I have stayed at. We only stayed for two nights and disappointed we didn't book for longer. We will definitely book at Between the Bays for each visit to Llandudno and ensure we have a longer stay.

We chose to stay at Between the Bays for our first break after lockdown because we knew from our previous visit that the procedures for COVID would be the best. Everywhere is immaculate. We stayed in Room 6 and loved the extra sitting area. Tracey and Mark have thought of everything e.g. providing pegs for your coats with a shoe tray underneath and lots of hooks in the bathroom for yourwash bag and towels. These are so often missing in hotels.Tracey and Mark are truly great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is a great start to the day. WhilstMark serves the breakfast Tracey always finds time to pop in to say ‘Good morning’We had no problems finding a parking space close to the house.Thank you for our stress free break. We have just returned from a weekend break at Between the Bays.On our arrival we received a very warm welcome from both Mark and Tracey. We were completely put at ease that our stay was going to be exceptional. We were reassured that all current covid guidelines are being fully followed. We were shown to our suite and wow...absolutely stunning. Comfortable, spotlessly clean. Attention to detail in every way met. From the tea and coffee making facilities to the huge white fluffy bathroom towels. Luxury is how I would describe our first impressions. Our breakfast on both mornings was also exceptional. With lots of choices and nothing to much trouble. We felt completely relaxed and at home. We cannot recommend Between the Bays enough. Thankyou to Mark and Tracey for being fantastic hosts and looking after us so well. They are a wonderful hard working couple and absolutely deserve the 5 star award. We shall definitely definitely be returning again. We wouldn't contemplate visiting Llandudno and not staying at Between the Bays, unless of course they wouldn't have us!! Although parking is limited at the property, there is plenty of easy parking on the very wide avenue where this lovely modern spacious and clean property is situated. Ideal location for walking to bays, also for walking to good choice of restaurants in the evening. Spacious rooms, friendly attentive hosts, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice in a lovely bright dining room. Highly recommended.

Hi,My wife and I who are both OAPs stayed at Between the Bays for 4 nights from September 7th 2020, what a fantastic short break it was. Mark and Tracey were such brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure our every whim was covered. The house was situated in a lovely quiet spot but only a short walk to eating houses, and the prom and pier. Our room was superb with everything you could require in there and with the present Covid restrictions they were so good, our cooked breakfast was a real joy and we really did not need a lunch midday.We would certainly be staying with Mark & Tracey should we revisit Llandudno again in the future. What a wonderful find this was! In these uncertain times of COVID-19 I was apprehensive about going away but I need not have worried. I felt safe and cared for at Between the Bays.Tracey and Mark are dedicated to making your stay the best possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room, which was big, was spotlessly clean and sanitised as were all areas of the house. The bathroom included a powerful hot shower (always a bonus). The breakfast menu was extensive and well cooked.Parking was not a problem.Between the Bays is ideally situated to walk into town and the promenade or to the west bay. The hosts Mark and Tracey were fantastic, very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed is very comfy. Stayed at ‘Between The Bays’ for a four night break. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stop. We stayed in room 1, which was a large spacious room with a comfortable king size bed, there was a wardrobe, bedside tables, large screen t.v., dressing table and comfy chairs in the room, and a spacious bathroom with the best shower we have had whilst being away. There is a hospitality tray, with water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and milk. The breakfast are large and very tasty with a good choice. Mark and Tracey are great hosts, very sincere and friendly. We will be back. Thankyou x

I booked Between the Bay's through booking fitdot com after reading the many positive review's, what drew me most was the fact it was an adults only establishment, no noisy kid's bless em! Mark phoned me the day before to check if we had any special requirements which I thought was first-class, my wife is gluten free and they catered for her wonderfully. As for the room we stopped in not only is it modern and clean but it is very spacious with a proper sized ensuite, the bedroom has a really comfy king-size bed, you also get a powered leather 2 seat recliner too! Mark and Tracey were wonderful host's and we can't recommend them and their beautiful home highly enough.

We spent 3 nights at Between the Bays whilst attending a conference in Llandudno. A beautiful well placed B&B, situated in a quiet street within walking distance to the town centre. Our room was bright and airy; we usually don’t sleep well the first night away in a strange bed, but slept like a baby throughout our stay. The breakfast menu was extensive with beautifully prepared fresh fruit salad and along with the traditional there was a great choice of tasty hot options using local produce. Mark and Tracy are very hospitable and welcoming, we’ll definitely be returning.

Our first stay at this property. On arrival we received a lovely welcoming and friendly reception from Mark and Tracey. We were in "the suite" on the top floor. Mark and Tracey were excellent hosts and although we arrived early our room was ready for us and we had a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was spacious and airy (37 degrees heat outside!) The king size bed was very comfortable and the en suite efficient with plenty of hot water, toiletries and large fluffy towels.Tea, coffee, water, biscuits, and chocolates were provided and fresh milk in a fridge on the landing.Breakfasts were plentiful with a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad and yogurts.The cooked breakfasts were individually prepared by Tracey from locally sourced products and impeccably served by Mark.The brown toast was delicious, as was the cafetiere of coffee.It was service with a big smile!Both Mark and Tracey have worked incredibly hard to obtain 5* star standard and their home is beautifully decorated in a tasteful blue and white seaside theme.Parking was very easy either in their drive, or on the road which is in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated between the north and west shores and the Great Orme nearby.We hope to be back for a return visit.

Location.The property is ideally situated between both the bays and really is only a few minutes walk from either. It is in a nice quiet area so there is no noise disturbance from either traffic or people.The property.The property is clean and smart with a fresh welcoming feel. The rooms are beautifully decorated in neutral colours which give a peaceful and calm effect. The room we stayed in was superbly equipped with everything we could need for our stay. The en-suite was a generously proportioned shower room. Shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided with other thoughtful extras such as body lotion and a cloth to remove makeup. The towels were beautifully soft. In the bedroom tea and coffee were provided including herbal teas, also some very nice biscuits and chocolates! There were additional supplies of tea, coffee and fresh milk in a fridge on the landing for those who wanted them. The bed was comfortable and we both enjoyed a good sleep on the two nights that we stayed.The Breakfast!Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of freshly and beautifully cooked breakfasts, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal was available on the breakfast bar. Mark is a convivial and witty host whilst taking the orders and the equally lovely Tracey is an excellent cook. They are happy to cater for guests with specific dietary needs or requirements.The Welcome.All I can say is what a lovely couple. Mark and Tracey are friendly and open ensuring that you have everything to make your stay wonderful even before you set foot in the door. An email to ask if you have any dietary needs is received before your stay. They are very knowledgable about the local area with advice on where to eat and which route to take when visiting the local area. A wide range of leaflets on local attractions are available in the entrance hall to help those less familiar with the delights of the area make their choices.Thank you Mark and Tracey for making us so welcome, we had a wonderful time and hope that we will be back to see you and Wales in the future.

We wanted to stay in Llandudno for a couple nights. Between The Bays caught my eye as they offered a gluten free breakfast option. We have just returned from another wonderful and perfect stay at Between the Bays. This was a specially organised long weekend which began with delicious lunch cooked by Tracey and expertly served by Mark.Our room was immaculately clean and warm and cosy with all the ‘extras’ as last time. Fresh milk is always available from the fridge upstairs for tea and coffee in the room and a selection of cakes await you in the dining room.Mark and Tracey are the most genuine, caring and entertaining hosts who can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable and perfect.There is an excellent choice for breakfast, cereal, fresh fruit, porridge, yoghurt and fruit juice followed by Tracey’ssuperbly cooked full Welsh breakfast and attentively served by Mark.The rearranged firework display held on the North Shore beach on Sunday evening was magnificent.There is such a happy atmosphere at Between the Bays with plenty of humour from Tracey and Mark who make all their guests feel very welcome. We had 5 lovely days in Llandudno and Conwy which was enhanced by our stay at Between The Bays. Tracey and Mark made us feel very welcome and their establishment is of the highest order. Breakfast was high quality with lots of choice, service by Mark only surpassed by the cooking of Tracey. Bedroom was spacious, clean and very well decorated, bathroom was large,very clean, and well appointed. There are other extras in the room which add to make the highest quality but I am not telling you, best if you go and see.Should I say good value, well it was but Mark don't read this and put the price up.

Our trip to Llandudno was made extra special finding this excellent hotel. The location as it says directly between the Bays, very easy walking in both directions to each Bay. Tracy and Mark were excellent host very professional throughout nothing was too much trouble. The entrance to the hotel was very welcoming with lots of light and feeling spacious leading into the breakfast area a great nautical theme running through the house. A small plaque on the wall giving a littlehistory about thehouse. Breakfast excellent choice for everyone taste. A Highly Recommended place to stay.

Just spent a great 3-night weekend break at this guest house. The standard of décor and cleanliness was impeccable. We have stayed here previously and once again were not left disappointed, in fact even better than our previous visits. The new owners Tracey and Mark are fabulous hosts and make sure your every need is catered for. We don't normally sleep well away from home. However our stay at between the bays provided us with an exceptionally comfortable rest. The bedroom was great in that it provided us with an excellent & quiet night sleep. The location is convenient for sight seeing around the great Orme, central Llandudno and also a short walk to either shore, east or west. Parking was easy, service was prompt, helpful & friendly. The breakfast was well worth it, food was delicious and cooked to order very well indeed. With a menu providing ample to choose from. We also liked the property with its nautical theme and spacious rooms with bay windows, even the en suite was a generous size. Strong WiFi available throughout.

It's easy to see why this newly reopened establishment is constantly receiving a 5 star rating. Everything was just perfect with impeccable attention to detail. Beautiful nautical decor theme throughout, sets the tone perfectly and we were met with a most warm welcome from our hosts Mark and Tracey. Our room, the top floor suite was just exquisite with a separate spacious living room, large bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The power recliner sofa in the living area was incredibly comfortable and a lovely touch. Breakfast was also of an extremely high standard; freshly cooked to order with alternative selections (the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a lightly toasted muffin was particularly delicious!) Fresh cafetières of coffee and a very varied selection of juices, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurts. All in all, a lovely weekend. I can't recommend Between the Bats enough. We already booked to come again whilst we were still there and we are certain that it will be somewhere that we will continue to come back to for many years to come. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely welcome from Tracey and Mark. We stayed on their second week of opening and they have set their standards high. We stayed in their ground floor en suite room which was very spacious and very nicely decorated with plenty of storage space. Good choice of cereals, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt and a lovely freshly prepared cooked breakfast served on hot plates. Fresh warm toast with served with your breakfast or after. Small details but much appreciated. Location is excellent. Just a 15 min stroll to seafront by the pier or west shore. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking on the drive or just outside the gate. When we visit Llandudno again Between the Bays will be our first choice.

What was meant to be a short break away to Barcelona was suddenly turned sideways when the flight was cancelled. Left not knowing what to do we looked for somewhere to go in the UK. I’d not been to Llandudno, but my partner had so we decided to go there. We found between the bays and thought it looked nice from the pictures - but they don’t do it justice.Prior to arrival we received a call from Mark checking our time of arrival which I thought was a lovely touch. When we arrived we were greeted by both Mark and Tracey and shown to our room.Rooms were immaculate and had just been freshly renovated as it was Tracey and Mark’s first few weeks in the B&B. Breakfast throughout the stay was absolutely fantastic (thanks Tracey) and we were made to feel like it was home from home.I cannot recommend the place enough. Made welcome by Faith on arrival and this was maintained for the week of my stay. The en suite bathroom was spacious and modern with a large walk-in shower. There was a spacious walk-in wardrobe with free safe. All rooms were in immaculate decorative state. Breakfasts served up by Faith were excellently fresh. Private parking was an important bonus feature not available on the seafront hotels.

We stayed for three nights in the suite. The rooms were lovely and the location.was perfect, just off the main strip which made parking easy. It is a flat walk in to the centre of Llandudno which always has something to interest you. The breakfast was great and we are missing it now we are home. Will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our short break at Between the Bays. It's well located for the town and also for both shores, so a good place to stay.The room was well presented and clean and we enjoyed the little cakes for us on arrival! Breakfast was excellent and we loved the fresh fruit every day and the porridge was delicious.Faith is a good host and we were made to feel at home, we'll definitely consider staying here next time we are thinking of time in one of our favourite towns.

Our second visit to Between the Bays and as good as the first. How could our visit be better, I cannot imagine as everything was perfect. Not much more to say except enjoy your stay, you will not be disappointed. There are cheaper places to stay in Llandudno but take your chance and you will get what you pay for. We have stayed in top class very expensive hotels in Llandidno but the quality and service cannot exceed that of Between the Bays.

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at Betweenthe Bays. There was a party of 4 consisting of 3 adults and a teenager. We were all made to feel welcome and the standard of rooms were excellent. The breakfasts wee great also. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Just had a great 3 day break and wished it was longer. What a great place to stay a little gem. It ticks all the boxes and cannot fault anything The breakfasts are fabulous well done.Its not easy to find comfort cleanliness and such great hosts can't wait to return . I suppose perfect weather makes a difference to a holiday, in our case from day one it was perfect, the weather, Between The Bays guest houseand the lovely welcoming family that run it, you could not fault it. The bedroom and bathroom were very tastefully decorated and very clean. A tea and coffee tray complete with assorted biscuits plus two small cakes were left each day. Nothing was too much trouble for the family as you were made to feel so welcome with a genuine smile. I would say breakfast was something really special, more or less anything you could wish for. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and look forward to future visits our selves.Carl and Joyce.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Between The Bays. Our hosts Richard and Faith were extremely accommodating and friendly, paying attention to small details like meal choices and cleanliness of the rooms. The room had its own ensure; the shower was a bit small compared to what I am used to but still very functional. I would highly recommend this place for any mature couple.

We stayed here for our anniversary on Sunday 7th July! From the moment we walked through the door Faith made us feel welcome! The room was so spacious and clean with a lovey sparkling clean bathroom! There were cakes waiting for us! Also robes and slippers in the wardrobe,clean towels and anything else we needed! The breakfast was delicious! No expense spared! Faith even put us a bottle of wine in our room in the evening which was a lovely touch! Will Definetely stay again! X

We had an extremely pleasant stay. The hosts were very helpful and bent backwards to provide for us even going to the point of buying peanut butter for breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean. Our hosts even provided daily specially made cakes as a treat. It is will situated, within easy walking distance to town centre. Between The Bays is by far and away the loveliest, most comfortable and welcoming guest house that we have ever stayed at. We stayed only two nights but the owner was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious and recently appointed to a high standard and breakfast was excellent. We would be happy to book again.

We chose 'Between the Bays' fromTrip Advisor. We had a lovely stay in Llandudno. A warm welcome, delicious breakfasts, a good position and spotlessly clean. Faith and Richard have done everything to make your stay a holiday to enjoy and to remember.

Faith and Richard greeted us with a very warm welcome, very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean guesthouse and good sized room with en-suite, tv, wi-fi, toiletries and refreshments (tea, coffee).Good selection for breakfast full cooked, kippers or salmon and scrambled eggs etc. great location to walk to the promenade.

First time at Between the Bays. It won't be the last. We were in Llandudno for the annual MG Car Club Snowdon run.Room decorated and fitted out to very high standard. Owners Faith and Richard very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfasthit the spot. Off road parking what more could one ask. Looking forward to next time.

NOT a cheap low rent B and B, but a top class comfortable, tasteful establishment which I would not hesitate to use again.

Very clean, good breakfast, nice hosts and ideal position just far enough away from the noise of the town centre which was only a short stroll away.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and the rooms we had were spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The downstairs King room was just right for our elderly mother who has a little difficulty walking. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty of choice for all tastes. Being "Between The Bays" you could take a 10 minute stroll either way to enjoy Llandudno's coast.If you are staying in Llandudno, then this has to be the place to stay - you will not bedissapointed!

Stayed for 2 nights and soon as we came through the frontdoor we knew we had done well. We were greeted by Faith who was very friendly and welcoming, The room was spotless and at a very high standard and was furnished tatesfully.The on suite was also at a high standard and the shower was superb. Breakfast is first class (thanks Richard) with a good range to suit everyone. Would recommend to everyone who visists llandudno that you stay here.I know we will stay again.

Just back from an excellent couple of days stay, from the nice friendly welcome when we arrived, everything was spot on, the rooms were lovely, and spotlessly clean, followed in the morning by a great breakfast. The location was another bonus, just a short level walk to both West Shore and the shops and promenade, thanks for a lovely couple of days.

We stayed in the suite room 6 which is top floor (2nd)and what a great room it was, say room it had a separate lounge with flat screen TV and a bedroom room with a flat screen TV plus a large shower room with a powerful shower and large cubicle.All was very clean and comfy with new carpets so was nice surprise and the owners are very friendly people and the breakfasts where cooked to order and had a lot of verity for those who don't do full English. Nicely placed just off the prom so you can park your car easy enough.

We have just arrived home after a two night break.Faith immediately made us feel extremely welcome. Just walking through the door we knew we had made a excellent choice. Our room situated at the front was spacious, airy and light! Very well presented and absolutely spotless.The breakfast was the best we have ever had!! The guest house was just a short walk from the front,but proved to be very peaceful at night. We highly recommend Between The Bays, and will most certainly be going back. Choosing this B&B made our weekend away perfect.

The title sums up our journey. We are a young french couple who wanted to discover Wales during a 10 day journey. Our stay in Llandudno was motivated by our wish to visit Anglesey and the North Coast. Between the Bays is a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days, with a very pleasant and helpful owner... and delicious breakfasts!

Just returned from a one night stay at the Between the Bays. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre of town and Great Orme. Our room was tastefully decorated with a large modern bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We would have no hesitation in recommending and we will return. Perfect.

Between the Bays is an excellent hotel. The Hosts Faith and Richard were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern and the breakfast was delicious.The location is perfect for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Details in the room like dressing gowns, slippers, tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits and toiletries etc were highly appreciated. Having walked past this house many times we discovered that it was now a B & B. After looking on-line we decided to give it a go. OMG we were so pleased with everything - The room was spacious,modern and comfortable. We were made very welcome by Faith who served us an excellent breakfast. The aptly name "Between the Bays" is exactly so, five minute from both bays, shops and all attraction. This is a new establishment, and well worth a visit, We will be going back again soon :-)

Everything absolutely perfect. Best hotel we've stayed in by a mile. Five star all the way. Anyone who wants an excellent holiday will be missing a treat if they don't book this hotel. BRILLIANT !!

We stayed for 3 nights in the 'suite' and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Power shower , 2 TV's , nice furnishings, 2 sofa's etc. The owners were friendly and the breakfasts were very good. As an older married couple we recommend it as place to stay if you particularly want a peaceful and tranquil break . Very handy for the shops and restaurants too.

Between The Bays is a great place to stay. you receive a warm , friendly welcome on arrival and the whole place is spotlessly clean .Our room was a first floor room at the front of the property and was a great size including new , modern en suite and walk in wardrobe. It is ideally located, on the flat , on Gloddaeth Ave midway between the two Llandudno shores.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at Between the Bays.The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast first class.Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Nice Powerful shower in our room.Everything you needed including dressing gown and slippers, Toiletries, Tea and coffee making facilities. Well looked after by owners and a lovely breakfast.Would stay again.

What a great Hotel providing excellent rooms with shower built in wardrobe very clean and Quiet. Plenty of time to have breakfast in the morning and hosts which are attentive. Certainly a place we would go to again.

between the bays should be called the best between the bays cos thats exactly what it was. a 5 star guest house with a 5 star couple faith n richard. the breakfast was also 5 star quality and the rooms are beautifully furnished and extremely clean. we throughly enjoyed our stay there and did not want to leave. we would highly recommend this guest house to everyone.

We received a warm welcome on arrival at Between the Bays and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had recently been refurbished and our room was comfortable, quiet,spotless and a good size. We were impressed by the stylish decor and the generous provision of fittings and accessories. We would certainly stay there again.
