Access Statement:
Between the Bays is a recently refurbished six bedroom detached home built on level ground with many period features. It is a 3 storey building with one ground floor room, four rooms on the first floor accessed by one flight of stairs and a suite on the second floor accessed by a second flight of stairs. There is no lift in the building.
We aim to, and confidently ensure, that all our guests have comfortable facilities, all requests are dealt with efficiently and all guests are made to feel welcome throughout their stay.
We request that anyone wishing to make an enquiry or booking inform us of any special needs, including diet, or disabilities that they may have in order for us to try and meet any personal requirements.
Directions
Between the Bays Guest House is located on Gloddaeth Avenue on the main A546, halfway between the north shore and the west shore. It is identified by the sign to the front of the property.
Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
There are four parking spaces available on the drive within the grounds of the property and there is a parking layby, subject to availability on street immediately outside the property. Gloddaeth Avenue (A546) is a wide boulevard with free on street parking on either side of the road and 2 pay and display car parks approximately 100 metres from the property.

Access can be gained by ringing a bell by the front door. On check in you will be provided with a key to the front door of the property together with a key to your room.
Assistance can be given with luggage from your car or taxi if requested
A front door step and a door sill provides entrance to a level ground floor which comprises the hallway, a guest toilet, the guest dining room and level access to Guest Room 1 ( the ensuite shower room is not wheelchair accessible)
Public Transport
Public Transport bus stops are located on Gloddaeth Avenue (A546) at the front of the property.
Llandudno Railway Station is located 1 kilometre from the Guest House.

House Rules
Out of consideration for your fellow guests and to comply with relevant legal and hygiene considerations we ask you to abide by the following rules:
1.Anyone who wishes to smoke should do so outside the boundaries of the Guest House.
2.Breakfast is served to you each morning between 8-9am. Other hot food should not be consumed on the premises as it can cause damage to property and lingering smells.
3.Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Items such as wipes can result in blocked drains which will incur a cost. A bin is provided in each bathroom.
4.Many Guests wish to retire early, we therefore ask that public areas, especially the hallway and stairs, are treated as a QUITE ZONE after 10.30pm. If you wish to return to the premises after midnight then prior arrangements MUST be made.
5.If you park your car in the drive please leave the keys with us in case the person parked behind you requires use of their car.
6.Do not invite non-paying guests to your room without prior permission.
7.On the day of departure please vacate the room no later than 10:00am.
8.If you would like to book three rooms or morestaying at the same time, please call us prior to making the booking,
Failure to observe the above could result in a request to leave the premises. If you have any questions, need any assistance or think we need to be made aware of anything then please do not hesitate to contact us. There is a bell on the door marked private at the bottom of the stairs.
General Policy
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 7 days notice.
